1. Business project management experience aligned to the technical work
2. Moving entities or businesses from Axapta (or other ERP systems) to SAP experience

5. Familiarity with UK public sector IT governance and security requirements.
1. Design, develop, and implement nCino/Salesforce applications to enhance business operations and user experience.
2. Gather requirements with stakeholders and translate into technical specifications and solutions.
3. Customize Salesforce/nCino (data models, UI, workflows, automation).
4. Test, debug, and optimize applications for performance, security, and reliability.
5. Maintain and enhance existing solutions in line with evolving processes and standards.
6. Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and designers to ensure smooth delivery.
7.Proven experience in nCino development and customization.
8.Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, SOQL, and nCino functionality; familiar with integrations, APIs, and data migration.
9. Experience with Agile methodologies and version control (Git).
10. Strong problem-solving skills, detail orientation, and ability to work independently.
